King Obama’s race to a socialist monarchy - July 3

http://www.JewishWorldReview.com |

There’s a new book coming out titled The Coming Insurrection. Anonymous French anarchists who authored this tome advocate the violent destruction of capitalism.

I can understand the necessity of force in Europe and Asia, where they’ve dabbled with socialism for the better part of the last century only to realize its failure and demoralization. Decades ago, China began edging its way to capitalism. Germany and Hungary announced tax cuts in an attempt to reverse the damage, paving the way back from the abyss.

July 4 tea parties - Washington Times - July 3

Protesting big government on Independence Day

The tea party movement has become more than a one-time tax protest. The grass-roots political crusade is growing and expanding. As “tea party” organizer Candace E. Salima notes on our facing page, more than 1,300 parties are scheduled nationwide to mark the Fourth of July. This popular uprising against oppressive big government is in the best tradition of the American independence movement that we are celebrating this weekend.

S. Korea mobilizes maritime squads - Washington Times - July 3

Reacts to North’s missile launches

YEONGJONG ISLAND, South Korea | On their island base in a tense Yellow Sea, black-clad commando squads armed with automatic weapons surge up ladders onto the deck of a training ship, fast-rope down building exteriors and detonate explosives.

The Special Sea Attack Team (SSAT), an elite South Korean Coast Guard unit tasked with countering maritime terrorism, is preparing to respond with tougher policies to North Korean shipping in response to North Korea’s missile launches and its second nuclear test in May. North Korea fired four short-range missiles into waters off the east coast Thursday, Yonhap news agency reported.

New data indicate recovery not near - Washington Times - July 3

9.5 percent jobless

The end of the longest recession in recent history got pushed further off last month as employers eliminated nearly a half-million more jobs, unemployment rose to its highest level in 26 years and wage growth came to a standstill.

Thursday’s news from the Labor Department triggered a dive in the financial markets and cast a cloud over President Obama’s legislative agenda amid sinking approval ratings for his handling of the economy. For ordinary workers, the report renewed worries about record rates of job losses, shrinking wages and home seizures, despite what now appears to have been overblown hopes this spring for an impending economic recovery.

Memo to prez: My ‘old attitude’ was pro-’gay’ - WND - July 3

At a meeting this week with homosexual activists invited to the White House for a “gay pride” celebration (read: Founding Fathers rolling over in graves), our president, Barack Obama, reassured the discouraged sexual outlaws that he will eventually champion all the items on their wish list.

He said, however, that a little time is needed, because some basically good people (read: stupid, but who maybe voted for him) still cling to “worn arguments and old attitudes.” They just aren’t quite on board with really important and vital legislative priorities like forcing all Americans to recognize two men as husband and husband, federally blessing the employment of pre-school transvestite teachers, and permitting Bruce the female impersonator to get that long-awaited promotion as your son’s drill sergeant.

Obama: Wrong again - Oliver North - July 3

WASHINGTON – It took the Obama administration eight days to figure out whether Iranians being gunned down for protesting a fraudulent election and demanding basic civil liberties deserved to be acknowledged by the president of the United States. It took the O-Team less than eight hours to side with Cuba’s Fidel Castro, Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez and Nicaragua’s Daniel Ortega over the ouster of Manuel Zelaya in Honduras.

As we now have come to expect, Mr. Obama got it wrong again, but this time, nobody noticed. The U.S. news media, preoccupied with the sudden demise of Michael Jackson, ignored the event in Central America. For those who care about things more important than the passing of a “pop music legend,” here’s the rest of the story:

Rick Warren does it, again - Farah - July 3

While millions of other Americans will be celebrating Independence Day weekend, Rick Warren, often called “America’s Pastor,” will be serving as the keynote speaker for a Saudi-backed Muslim group that promotes a radical strain of Wahhabi Islam in about 80 percent of U.S. mosques.

I don’t know about you, but I’m getting tired of Rick Warren’s bad judgments.

This time Warren will be schmoozing with the Islamic Society of North America, an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood – just as are al-Qaida, Hamas and most other Muslim terrorist organizations.
